Return & Refund Policy
At Kapaww, your pup's happiness and your satisfaction are our top priorities! We pour love and care into every Kapaww Box, ensuring it arrives ready for a tail-wagging good time.
No Returns Policy: Due to the perishable nature of some items and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns of Kapaww Boxes or individual items once an order has been shipped. All sales are considered final.
Refunds/Resolutions for Damaged or Defective Items: While we meticulously pack each Kapaww Box with double protection (bubble wrap inside an outer shipping box), we understand that accidents can happen during transit.
- Significant Box Damage: If your Kapaww Box arrives severely damaged (minor scuffs or small dents, typical of shipping, are not included), or if a specific item inside is damaged, defective, or has an issue, we are here to help!
- Resolution Process: In such cases, we will work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the extent of the damage or issue, this may involve either resending the affected item(s), sending a full replacement Kapaww Box, or providing a partial refund proportionate to the damage.
To be eligible for a resolution in such cases:
- Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@kapaww.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Photo Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged box (if applicable) and/or the specific damaged/problematic item(s). This helps us understand the issue and improve our processes.
- Order Details: Please provide your order number.
Upon reviewing your claim and photo evidence, we will promptly assess the situation and work with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
