Due to the perishable nature of some items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of Kapaww Boxes or their contents once an order has been shipped. All sales are considered final.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must:

- Include clear photos of the damaged box and/or item(s).
- Provide your order number.
We will review your case and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement item, a full replacement box, or a partial refund.
